Privacy Policy

What we collect

Kadrini runs no advertising SDKs and never sells your data. The only information involved is the following:

• Account details. If you create an account, we store the email address you sign up with, to authenticate you and let you recover your data.
• Anonymous usage analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (which features are used, crash reports) used only to improve the app. Not linked to your identity.
• Purchases. When you buy a subscription or make a one-time purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. We never see your card details.

How we use it

We use the limited information above only to run and improve Kadrini: to provide the features you use, process purchases, keep the app reliable, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Payments and subscriptions

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple’s App Store. Your payment method and card details are held by Apple, not by us.

We use RevenueCat, Supabase, Cloudflare, PostHog to validate purchases and manage entitlements. It receives a pseudonymous identifier and your purchase history — not your name or payment details.

Third-party services

We keep third parties to a minimum. The ones we do rely on:

• RevenueCat — manages in-app subscriptions and purchases. Receives a pseudonymous app-user ID and purchase history, never your name or payment details.
• Supabase — used to provide part of the service.
• Cloudflare — used to provide part of the service.
• PostHog — used to provide part of the service.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and ask for a copy of your data. To exercise any of these, email support@kadrini.app.

You can also delete your account and all associated data directly in the app — see the Support page.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Data stored on your device or in your iCloud is under your control and is removed when you delete it or uninstall the app.

When you delete your account, we remove your associated data from our systems.

Children

Kadrini is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes are reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
